On August 27, it was reported that SK Group plans to sell a 49% stake in the Ulsan AI data center in South Korea to private equity firms. SK Telecom and SK Broadband will hold board meetings on the same day to approve the transaction. Among them, KKR will acquire a 29% stake, while a consortium consisting of IMM Investment and Stonebridge Capital will acquire a 20% stake. The transaction is valued at approximately KRW 3 trillion, including a capital increase of around KRW 1.2 trillion.
