On August 25 (local time), Digital Realty, a prominent real estate investment trust company, revealed that it had successfully secured a 50-megawatt power capacity allocation. This allocation paves the way for the construction of its fourth data center in Singapore, which is set to be built on Jurong Island. Should the project reach its intended 50 MW operational scale, Digital Realty's overall data center capacity in Singapore will experience a substantial boost, surging from approximately 84 MW to around 134 MW. This represents a notable increase of roughly 60%.
