It also advocates for the utilization of data storage and computing power resources from private enterprises, the publication and periodic updates of a public data open list, the promotion of digital factor vouchers to curtail usage expenses, the nurturing of exemplary enterprises for digital transformation, the guidance of private enterprises in engaging in digital transformation initiatives, and the encouragement of the establishment of demonstration projects for cutting-edge infrastructure.
