EGova (300075.SZ) has officially declared that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengtong Zhisuan, is set to embark on a collaborative investment journey alongside Zhongshu Botong and Tianshu Zhisuan. Together, they aim to establish a joint venture with a total investment of 50 million yuan. Among them, Zhengtong Zhisuan will inject 20 million yuan, thereby securing a 40% stake in the venture. The primary objective of this joint venture is to channel funds into the construction of a cutting-edge computing power center project situated in Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.
