At present, China Unicom boasts a massive infrastructure, with a scale exceeding 1.1 million standard server racks. It has successfully established seven AIDC parks, each with a capacity of 100 megawatts, and its intelligent computing power has soared to 45 EFLOPS. The company has explicitly outlined its capital expenditure plan for 2026, allocating 50 billion yuan, with a significant portion—over 17.5 billion yuan—dedicated to computing power, representing 35% of the total investment.
Presently, China Unicom has achieved comprehensive resource coverage across the eight major national computing power hub nodes and is actively engaged in the construction of 10 data center clusters. Moreover, the company has developed a full-stack computing power system, centered around "Unicom Cloud AI + Unicom Yuanjing", facilitating cross-domain mixed training. Notably, the efficiency of cross-domain training for large models with tens of billions and hundreds of billions of parameters has reached an impressive 90% and 85%, respectively.
