Xingyun Technology (300209.SZ) has disclosed that its fully-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Xingyun, has entered into a supplementary agreement with a VB customer. The agreement stipulates an expansion in the quantity of computing power service units, escalating from 128 to 256. Consequently, the total contract value, inclusive of taxes, has surged from RMB 1.014 billion to RMB 3.053 billion, marking a substantial increase of 201.14%. Presently, the company has successfully fulfilled the delivery of the inaugural batch comprising 8 computing power service units and will proceed in accordance with the terms of the revised agreement henceforth.
