Entive Intelligent has made public that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gansu Yisuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., has entered into a Computing Power Resource Service Contract with Customer Y Company. This contract, inclusive of tax, is valued at RMB 1.106 billion and spans a service period of 60 months. The primary objective of this contract is to streamline the company's business framework, foster new avenues for growth, and bolster the company's profitability and its ability to withstand risks. Prior to this, Gansu Yisuan had outlined plans to acquire servers and related equipment, with a budget not exceeding RMB 2 billion, to facilitate the provision of computing power services.
