On the eve of its impending Nasdaq listing, SpaceX has reached a significant computing power sales agreement with long-term shareholder Google. According to documents filed by SpaceX with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday local time, from October 2026 to June 2029, Google will pay SpaceX approximately $920 million per month to secure access to around 110,000 Nvidia GPUs, along with related CPUs, memory, and other computing infrastructure.
