Following swift intervention by the technical team, the problem was rectified by 11:45 AM, with services being fully reinstated. Tencent Cloud conveyed its profound apologies for the inconvenience caused and has pledged to compensate the impacted users with 1000 Credits each. These Credits will be credited to the users' accounts within a span of two working days, adhering to the standard operational procedures commonly followed in such scenarios.
