On the evening of March 25, Kingsoft Cloud made an official announcement: Lei Jun has tendered his resignation as a non-executive director, citing other professional commitments, with the change taking immediate effect from the same day. Following his departure, Lei Jun will relinquish his roles as Chairman, Chairman of the Board's Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee. In his stead, Vice Chairman Zou Tao will ascend to the position of Chairman and also take charge as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Additionally, Qu Heng has been appointed as a non-executive director, along with assuming other responsibilities.
