Kingsoft Cloud announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that Lei Jun has resigned as a non-executive director effective March 25 due to work arrangements, and will no longer serve as chairman, chair of the board's nomination committee, or a member of the remuneration committee. The board announced that vice chairman Zou Tao will succeed as chairman and chair of the nomination committee, while Qu Heng has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of both the nomination and remuneration committees.
