According to a report from Wired magazine, the ongoing conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States has now extended its reach into the digital realm, placing several prominent U.S. tech companies in the crosshairs of potential attacks. Iran's semi-official Tasnim News Agency has published a list of offices and infrastructure managed by U.S. companies with alleged connections to Israel. This list includes industry giants such as Google, Microsoft, Palantir, IBM, NVIDIA, and Oracle, whose technologies are purportedly being utilized for military applications.

Tasnim has cautioned that the conflict's scope may transcend conventional military targets, with regional hostilities potentially spilling over into attacks on infrastructure. Earlier instances have seen Iranian drone strikes disrupt Amazon's data centers in the UAE and Bahrain, leading to service interruptions and underscoring the susceptibility of the region's tech infrastructure.

The companies named have all faced accusations of supplying technology to the Israeli military, although most have refuted these allegations. Notably, Palantir has openly acknowledged its strategic partnership with Israel. Furthermore, many of the companies on the list operate cloud platforms, AI tools, and data systems in the region, which are extensively employed by significant local institutions.

As tensions continue to escalate, several U.S. companies with a presence in the Gulf region have advised their employees to work remotely or restrict travel, and have implemented contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
