Moreover, the report emphasizes the need to expedite the translation and application of scientific and technological advancements, as well as to fortify financial services tailored to scientific and technological innovation. Furthermore, efforts will be directed towards advancing the integrated development of education, science, technology, and talent, establishing coordination mechanisms, refining talent cultivation and adaptation strategies, accelerating the construction of national strategic talent forces, promoting the development of talent hubs and platforms, and deepening reforms in talent development systems and mechanisms.
