The inaugural "Members' Channel" for the Fourth Session of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) has commenced. Yang Jie, a distinguished member of the CPPCC National Committee, highlighted that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" phase, China has successfully constructed the world's most extensive 5G network and gigabit optical network. Notably, the number of 5G base stations in China now surpasses 60% of the global total. The development of the national integrated computing power network has also picked up pace, culminating in the establishment of a cutting-edge information infrastructure. Significant strides have been made in mastering core technologies, boosting the self-sufficiency of industrial and supply chains.
