Chengdi Xiangjiang (603887.SH) has made an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Qisi Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., has entered into a renewed project agreement with Shanghai Unicom for the "Shanghai Unicom Zhoupu IDC Phase II" project. This agreement will cover a service period spanning from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2031. Under the terms of this agreement, Shanghai Qisi Cloud Computing has pledged to ensure the capacity to supply 3,280 server racks, along with comprehensive supporting facility services, throughout the duration of the agreement. The anticipated total contract value stands at RMB 642 million, with project revenue set to be amortized over the 5+1-year cooperation period, taking into account the actual deployment scenario.
