Chengdi Xiangjiang has declared that, owing to the expiration of the preceding agreement, its subsidiary, Shanghai Qisi Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., has entered into a fresh contract with Shanghai Unicom for the 'Shanghai Unicom Zhoupu IDC Phase II' initiative. The projected value of this contract stands at 642 million yuan. The revenue generated from the project will be distributed evenly across the entire 5+1-year collaborative term, contingent upon the actual deployment. The ultimate settlement sum will be determined by the outcomes of the actual audit.
