CSIIT released an announcement addressing individual media reports regarding the company's alleged involvement in the "Xinjiang Tacheng Intelligent Computing Industry Tuoli Cluster Zone," which was said to involve an investment of 2.2 billion yuan in a 16,000P computing power project. Upon verification, CSIIT confirmed that it has only engaged in preliminary technical discussions for the project and has not entered into any formal contracts. The possibility of the company participating in the project's implementation remains uncertain at this stage. The media reports in question contain inaccuracies; CSIIT has not secured any business contracts related to the project, nor is it acting as a representative of the construction unit or the general contractor. Furthermore, He Jianwei, who has been identified in some reports as the representative of the construction unit, is a long-standing partner of CSIIT and not an employee of the company. In response to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform from February 3rd to 4th, 2026, CSIIT reiterated that it is not the general contractor for the Tacheng project and has no plans to assume this role in the future.
