On February 6, 2026, ZTE (000063.SZ) disclosed its intention to invest 200 million yuan as a limited partner to acquire shares in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Venture Capital Guidance Fund Limited Partnership (LP) and to execute the corresponding partnership agreement. This fund, boasting a substantial scale of 50.45 billion yuan, will concentrate its investments on sectors endorsed by national policies. These encompass next-generation information technology, biotechnology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials and new energy sectors, electronic hardware, as well as advanced materials.
