The General Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government issued the 'Three-Year Action Plan for Supporting the Transformation and Upgrading of Advanced Manufacturing in Shanghai (2026-2028)', strengthening financial support for advanced manufacturing, encouraging financial institutions to provide low-interest, high-amount, and long-term loan products, offering 0.8% to 1.3% interest subsidies for loans used by enterprises to stockpile key components and raw materials, supporting enterprises in issuing technological innovation bonds, and guiding insurance institutions to provide customized insurance services for major technical equipment and new materials.
