It advocates for the seamless integration of industrial internet with versatile computing resources, encompassing general-purpose, intelligent, and supercomputing centers. Furthermore, it encourages providers of public computing resources to extend their services to industrial enterprises.

Concurrently, the plan steers industrial entities toward the deployment of cutting-edge equipment, including edge all-in-one devices and smart gateways. It promotes collaboration with equipment suppliers to advance the intelligence of end-user devices and advocates for the incorporation of lightweight computing modules into production machinery, sensors, autonomous transport vehicles, and other relevant systems. This strategy aims to amplify real-time data processing capabilities significantly.

Additionally, the plan outlines the ambition to construct a national integrated computing power network.
