The 2025 Lenovo Heterogeneous Intelligent Computing Industry Alliance Summit Forum and AI Computing Power Infrastructure New Product Launch Conference, themed "Heterogeneous Intelligent Computing, Local Engine," took place in Beijing. At this significant event, Lenovo presented its groundbreaking "Lenovo AI Factory" solution, with the ambition to spearhead the intelligent evolution of enterprise data centers. Alongside this, Lenovo also introduced its latest high-end AI server designed for large-model training—the Lenovo WenTian WA8080a G5—alongside the newly enhanced Lenovo WanQuan Heterogeneous Intelligent Computing Platform 4.0.
During the conference, Lenovo, in collaboration with industry allies, unveiled the verification results of the industry's inaugural standard for model training and inference services, titled "Requirements for High-Performance Training and Inference Service Capabilities of Computing Power Services in Information Technology." As the lead editor of this standard, Lenovo played a pivotal role in its creation.
The launch event was attended by numerous dignitaries, with experts highlighting that artificial intelligence has now entered a new era, necessitating further advancements in the computing power sector. Lenovo's "AI Factory" has constructed a standardized system, while its WanQuan Heterogeneous Intelligent Computing Platform 4.0 has achieved breakthroughs in four key technical domains. The WenTian WA8080a G5 server, meanwhile, impresses with its outstanding performance. Furthermore, Lenovo has thoroughly validated the requirements of this new standard across multiple dimensions, and its implementation is expected to catalyze industrial upgrades.
