On November 20, Cipher Mining and FluidStack entered into a new 10-year AI computing power hosting cooperation agreement for 56 megawatts, with a total contract value of US$830 million. The agreement is expected to generate approximately US$830 million in revenue over the initial 10-year term, with two five-year renewal options. If exercised, the total revenue would increase to approximately US$2 billion, and the total revenue over the entire lease term would reach approximately US$9 billion.
