• Intensify the construction of the Beidou Satellite Navigation Augmentation System, establishing a high-precision 'Beidou + 5G' spatiotemporal service network across the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
• Construct an integrated sensing and communication low-altitude intelligent network and upgrade low-altitude support facilities.
