The General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released the "Guidelines for the Construction of High-Standard Digital Industrial Parks," with a proposal to establish around 200 high-standard digital industrial parks by 2027. These parks are designed to ensure that all industrial enterprises above a certain size within them achieve comprehensive digital transformation. This initiative also aims to elevate the digitalization standards of park management and services. The guidelines specify four primary construction tasks: driving industrial digital transformation, bolstering digital services within parks, enhancing digital management in parks, and solidifying digital support capabilities. Concrete measures encompass setting benchmarks for enterprise digital transformation, implementing chain-based digital transformation strategies, supporting leading enterprises in executing collaborative digital transformation of their supply chains, fostering digital upgrades among enterprises at various levels of the industrial chain (both upstream and downstream), and promoting the utilization of industrial internet platforms to propel digital transformation in areas like enterprise operations and management.
