On November 18, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Guidelines for the Construction of High-Standard Digital Parks. These guidelines propose enhancing support for the development of high-standard digital parks, aligning efforts with large-scale equipment upgrades, city-level pilot projects aimed at the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and other strategic initiatives. The goal is to foster a better match between supply and demand in the digital transformation of industries within these parks. Local authorities and park management bodies are urged to leverage existing resources to strengthen essential guarantees and policy support, while also steering social capital towards participation in this construction endeavor.
