Google has revealed its ambitious plan to invest a staggering $40 billion by 2027 for the construction of three state-of-the-art data centers in Texas, USA. One of these cutting-edge facilities will be situated in Armstrong County, while the remaining two will be established in Haskell County. Notably, one of the data centers in Haskell County will share a site with newly built solar and battery energy storage installations. This strategic initiative is designed to not only cement Google's preeminent standing in AI infrastructure but also to generate thousands of employment opportunities and propel local initiatives aimed at enhancing energy affordability.
