Recently, the National Data Administration unveiled the Implementation Blueprint for Bolstering Scenario-Based Applications in the Pilot Phase of National Data Infrastructure Development. This initiative aims to propel the advanced construction and superior-quality growth of the national data infrastructure landscape through targeted scenario creation and technological advancements. The blueprint underscores the importance of leveraging scenario-based applications to foster continuous enhancement and iterative refinement of infrastructure functionalities, ensuring that infrastructure development is closely aligned with real-world demands and effectively translating the latent potential of data infrastructure into tangible benefits.
Furthermore, the plan advocates for the streamlined aggregation and sharing, circulation and trading, as well as development and utilization of data, all underpinned by a robust data infrastructure framework. This approach facilitates seamless cross-entity collaboration, high-performance data access, and stringent security assurances. The blueprint delineates four pivotal avenues for scenario construction: the application of technological innovations, the authorized exploitation of public data resources, the deployment of representative industry-specific applications, and the exploration and expansion of groundbreaking application scenarios.
