During the meeting, leaders from ten private enterprises, namely Daqo Group, Nanjing Aflou Auto Technology, Qichacha, BGI Genomics, Zhiyuan Innovation, VariFlight, AutoNavi Cloudmap Technology, Humi Technology, Visionlink, and Wanda Information, took turns to deliver speeches.

Liu Liehong urged private enterprises to actively embody the essence of the decisions made at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. He encouraged them to bolster their confidence, seize the emerging opportunities, and play a more pivotal role in the ongoing construction of a digital China. Furthermore, he assured that the National Data Bureau would meticulously consider the suggestions put forth by these enterprises, foster improved communication channels, introduce targeted policies, and ultimately create a conducive data policy environment to facilitate the growth and development of private enterprises.
