On November 1, 2025, the '2025 Computing Power Network Development Conference,' hosted by the China Information Industry Association, was held in Hangzhou with the theme of 'Intelligent Computing Empowerment · Industrial Upgrading.' Wang Jinping, the president, emphasized in his speech that computing power, as the core infrastructure supporting the development of artificial intelligence, has become a key force driving the high-quality development of the digital economy. He pointed out that the computing power network should possess four major characteristics: ubiquitous intelligence, green and low-carbon, security and trustworthiness, and open collaboration, and promote the development of new quality productive forces through technological innovation and industrial collaboration.
