Ant Group's CEO, Han Xinyi, issued a company-wide memo unveiling an organizational structure enhancement: The former 'Digital Medical and Health Business Unit' has been elevated to the 'Health Business Group,' marking a significant stride in propelling the medical and health sector to a strategic cornerstone. This move signifies the most pivotal organizational reshuffle Ant Group has undertaken in recent times. Following this restructuring, a more comprehensive business portfolio has been forged: Ant International, Ant Digital Technology, and OceanBase will continue to operate independently, whereas Alipay, Digital Payments, Wealth Insurance, the Credit Business Group, and the newly minted Health Business Group collectively form Ant Group's five principal business domains.
