Microsoft has announced its ambitious intention to pour $15.2 billion into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) over the span from 2023 to 2029. Of this substantial sum, over $7.9 billion is earmarked for investment between 2026 and 2029. A significant portion, exceeding $5.5 billion, will be dedicated to bolstering the nation's artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud infrastructure capabilities.

In a strategic move, Microsoft has secured approval to export cutting-edge NVIDIA A100, H100, and H200 GPUs to the UAE, further solidifying its commitment to technological advancement in the region. Moreover, as part of its broader social responsibility and talent development initiatives, Microsoft has pledged to train and certify one million individuals in the UAE by 2027, fostering a skilled workforce poised to drive innovation and growth.
