Recently, the 'Data Components Section,' jointly developed by China Electronics (Zhengzhou) Data Industry Co., Ltd. and the Zhengzhou Data Exchange Center, was officially launched. This marks the first specialized trading segment in China focused on data components, signifying Zhengzhou City's 'breakthrough' in deepening the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements and setting a new benchmark for compliant circulation of data elements nationwide. Data components are formed through data desensitization, enabling secure transactions that ensure 'raw data remains within its domain, while data is usable but not visible.' The initial batch of products listed in the section covers over ten dimensions, including trends in the number of insured employees and workforce size in enterprises. Developed based on Zhengzhou's public data resources, these products meet the data needs of financial institutions in scenarios such as credit approval, achieving a dual breakthrough in security and efficiency. In the future, both parties will continue to deepen the construction of a data circulation and utilization system, promoting the extension of data components into areas such as government services and smart cities.
