The Ministry of Commerce and four other departments jointly issued the 'Work Plan for Supporting Beijing to Take the Lead in Piloting the WTO Agreement on Electronic Commerce', proposing to further expand the functions of China (Beijing) International Trade Single Window, extend its service scope to linkages such as port logistics and trade services, and comprehensively promote the application of the service trade special zone. Meanwhile, it supports Beijing in building a comprehensive pilot zone for data elements and establishing a data registration system and market evaluation indicators to scientifically assess the development of the data elements market.
