Today, the National Development and Reform Commission released a notice titled "Several Strategies to Bolster the Growth of Innovative Enterprises in the Digital Economy." The notice proposes to expedite the construction of a nationwide unified computing power network and encourages local regions to collaboratively participate in its development. Adhering to national unified standards, efforts will be directed towards facilitating the orderly integration and grid-connected operation of computing resources across the nation. This will pave the way for a novel computing power network infrastructure that encompasses coordinated monitoring, centralized scheduling, flexible supply, and robust security measures. Additionally, there will be a push to ensure that computing resources are precisely matched with the demands of digital innovation enterprises. National hub nodes will be incentivized to offer digital innovation enterprises cost-effective, extensively available, secure, and dependable computing services, thereby reducing the barriers to accessing such resources.
