On September 24, the General Office of the People's Government of Hubei Province unveiled a series of measures aimed at expediting the coordinated progression of computing, networking, storage, and utilization across the province, with a vision to unlock the full potential of computing demand. These measures encompass:

• Endorsing Wuhan's endeavor to establish itself as a trailblazing and model city for data circulation and application;
• Fostering the development of autonomous driving technologies, intelligent cockpits, and 'vehicle-road-cloud integration' in Xiangyang and Shiyan, thereby crafting an intelligent connected vehicle demonstration zone;
• Capitalizing on Yichang's access to green electricity from the Three Gorges to nurture a symbiotic ecosystem of 'electricity-fuels-computing, computing-fuels-data, data-fuels-industry,' and constructing a national integrated computing 'relay station';
• Leveraging Huahu International Airport in Ezhou as a springboard to deploy innovative applications, notably in smart logistics.

Concurrently, the province is diligently pursuing the pilot program for the National Product Master Data Standard (CPMS), motivating enterprises to engage in the National Computing Strengthening Initiative, and championing the construction of pilot service platforms for artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, with select pivotal platforms being eligible for subsidies of up to 5 million yuan.

Furthermore, the province is actively promoting the integration of computing power into pivotal sectors such as manufacturing, agriculture, commerce, energy, transportation, broadcasting, healthcare, education, culture and tourism, and government affairs. By 2025, the provincial coffers will allocate 50 million yuan in the form of 'computing vouchers,' offering incentives equivalent to 10% of the computing resources utilized, with a cap on the reward set at 1 million yuan.
