On September 19, during Huawei Connect 2025, Zhang Ping'an, who serves as both the Managing Director of Huawei and the CEO of Huawei Cloud, disclosed that in the past year alone, the number of Kunpeng CPU cores deployed on Huawei Cloud has soared from over 9 million to an impressive 15 million. This remarkable growth represents a substantial 67% increase. Concurrently, the Kunpeng platform has been relentlessly enhancing its compatibility with mainstream application software. Presently, over 25,000 applications have been successfully adapted to the platform, playing a pivotal role in fueling the flourishing development of the ARM ecosystem.
