Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 0.03%, ending the day at 21,886.06 points, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average, despite a 0.48% dip, closed at 45,490.92 points. Remarkably, all three indices set new record-high closing values.

The technology sector presented a mixed bag of performances. Oracle stood out with a staggering 35.95% surge, boosting its market capitalization by a whopping $243.8 billion in just one trading day. Among other individual stocks, Broadcom shone with a 9.77% gain, TSMC rose by 3.79%, while Synopsys took a significant hit, dropping 35.84%.
