Dongguangyang: Collaborating with Related Party to Boost Capital in Joint Venture for Full Acquisition of Chindata Group's Equity in China

Dongguangyang issued a notice stating that it, in partnership with its related entity Shenzhen Dongguangyang Industrial Development Co., Ltd., is set to jointly inject capital into Yichang Dongshu No.1 Investment Co., Ltd. The respective capital contributions will amount to 3.5 billion yuan and 4 billion yuan. Concurrently, Dongshu No.1, via its wholly-owned subsidiary's subsidiary, Yichang Dongshu No.3 Investment Co., Ltd., plans to acquire 100% of the equity in the operational entity of Chindata Group in China for a sum of 28 billion yuan. Upon the transaction's conclusion, Dongguangyang will assume the role of a shareholder in Dongshu No.1 and, consequently, will indirectly possess a stake in the equity of Chindata Group in China.
