Concurrently, the "East Data, West Compute" initiative has been progressing steadily, with the five key computing power hub nodes in the western region contributing to a scientific layout and fostering coordinated regional development. Regarding pivotal technologies, China has achieved a series of breakthroughs, with the integrated circuit industry chain becoming increasingly comprehensive, domestic operating systems experiencing rapid growth, and the total number of HarmonyOS devices surpassing 1.19 billion. Furthermore, China's overall strength in artificial intelligence has seen a notable enhancement, with the number of patents accounting for 60% of the global total.
