This year, South Korean investors have exhibited a remarkable surge of interest in China's stock market, with trading volumes escalating notably. By July's end, the cumulative trading volume of these investors in China's mainland and Hong Kong stock markets had surpassed the total of the previous year, reaching $5.514 billion. The focus of net purchases has been predominantly on technology leaders in sectors like new energy vehicles, the internet, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors. Furthermore, Chinese equity funds issued in South Korea boasted an average return rate of 10.3% from January to July, drawing significant inflows of funds, with net inflows amounting to approximately RMB 2.08 billion in July alone.
