Domestic AI chip innovator Sunrise has recently announced the successful completion of funding amounting to nearly 1 billion yuan, jointly invested by esteemed institutions including Huaxu Fund under the SANY Group, Fourth Paradigm, Youzu Networks, Beijing Li'er, Pine Capital, and Haitong Kaiyuan. Sunrise, which was originally the GPU R&D team within SenseTime Technology, spun off at the end of 2024 to establish itself as an independently operated enterprise dedicated to high-performance GPU research and development. Since then, the company has launched a suite of GPU products tailored to meet the diverse needs of various application scenarios.
