AMD's market share in the server CPU space has experienced a remarkable surge, edging closer to 40%. Mercury Research's latest analysis reveals that in the first quarter of 2025, AMD captured a 39.4% share of this market, marking a significant 6.5 percentage point increase from the previous quarter. This impressive growth is largely attributed to AMD's EPYC processor series, particularly the Genoa and Bergamo offerings based on the advanced Zen 4 architecture.
