Additionally, Li Dawei, a former key shareholder of Jilai Microelectronics, has entrusted Comprehensive Entertainment with all voting rights associated with his 8.287109 million shares. Upon the successful completion of this transaction, Comprehensive Entertainment will command over 50% of Jilai Microelectronics' voting rights.
