NVIDIA kicked off 2025 with a commanding lead, dominating the AIB (Add-In Board) GPU market with a 92% share in the first quarter, as per the latest insights from Jon Peddie Research. This impressive performance contrasts starkly with its rivals, AMD and Intel, whose market shares plummeted to 8% and 0%, respectively. The report further noted that the AIB market shipped 9.2 million units during the quarter, whereas desktop CPU shipments witnessed a decline, totaling 17.8 million units.
