Fulin Precision's Subsidiary Enhances Capacity Collaboration with CATL through Supplementary Agreement

Jiangxi Shenghua, a subsidiary of Fulin Precision, has entered into a supplementary agreement with CATL aimed at realigning their capacity cooperation framework. Per the terms of the agreement, Jiangxi Shenghua's facility in Jiangxi will elevate its annual production capacity to 160,000 tons, while its Sichuan Phase III base will scale up to 200,000 tons per annum. This expansion comes with a commitment to prioritize CATL's supply needs from 2025 to 2029. In reciprocation, CATL has vowed to procure no less than 80% of Jiangxi Shenghua's pledged capacity annually. This pact is poised to propel the growth of Fulin Precision's lithium iron phosphate segment and favorably influence the company's future operational performance.
