Sysgration Technology has released a statement informing that ECVC Capital intends to decrease its shareholding by a maximum of 13.0434 million shares, equivalent to 2% of the company's total issued share capital, via block trades spanning from June 27 to September 26, 2025. The reduction price is guaranteed not to fall below the initial public offering price.
