Google has agreed to invest $500 million over the next decade in a comprehensive overhaul of its compliance framework, aimed at resolving shareholder allegations of antitrust violations. The preliminary settlement agreement, filed on Friday, specifically targets Alphabet executives, such as CEO Sundar Pichai and Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page.
