On May 30, South Korea's Ministry of Science and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) announced its approval of agreements between U.S. company SpaceX and British firm OneWeb to offer satellite internet services in the country. SpaceX executed the agreement through its subsidiary, Starlink Korea, while OneWeb inked separate deals with Hanwha Systems and KTSAT.
