The Zhengzhou Science and Technology Bureau has crafted a series of initiatives and supportive policies aimed at fostering further scientific and technological innovation, and is now inviting public feedback. These measures encompass: allocating up to 5 million yuan annually for research and development expenses of universities and research institutions; initiating scene application innovation projects with a funding ceiling of 5 million yuan; facilitating the integration of "Zhengke Loan" and "Zhenghao Rong" to permit individual enterprises to maintain a loan balance of up to 20 million yuan; and encouraging loan renewals without principal repayment to alleviate the financial burden on enterprises.
