Xiaomi Unveils Self-Developed Smartwatch Chip Xuanjie T1 with Integrated 4G Baseband

Xiaomi has proudly introduced its self-developed smartwatch chip, Xuanjie T1, which seamlessly integrates an in-house 4G baseband. This comprehensive SoC (System on Chip) encompasses a CPU, GPU, and other essential components. Lei Jun emphasized that Xiaomi has independently designed the entire communication stack of Xuanjie T1, encompassing the modem and RF module. The chip boasts a 35% enhancement in 4G-LTE real-world performance and a notable 27% reduction in data power consumption, enabling 4G-eSIM independent communication. Xuanjie T1 will make its debut in Xiaomi Watch 4S, providing support for eSIM cards.
